TODO-list for kpanel:

- let kpanel save/load it's current state
done
- nice dialog window for setting the various kpanel properties
- allow dragging of KDE Desktop Entries with kfm
onto the panel. Use kfm execution engine instead
   of kpanel's own one
- allow dragging onto Buttons that are on the panel.
- communication with kwm for virtual desktops and tasklist.
done
- communication with kfm is one-way only and can implemented
very easy inside the KDE Desktop Entries via kfmclient (for
  trashcan and the home folder)
done
- communication with the KDE Help System as soon as the help
  controller is written for kdehelp.
- write own popup-class that allows subpopups in a specified
direction. Yet the panel is only usable in top or left position.
- tool-tips for the panel buttons that show the application-name.
This doesn't work yet due to a bug in qt-1.1
- Optional task-bar feature
- KDE Filesystem standard compliance
